While speaking during the festivities accompanying the 34th anniversary of the creation of the pseudo RASD, according to Hespress, Brahim Ghali, Secretary General of the Polisario, said of Morocco that it is a "brotherly country" and called on it to "work together, and to start direct negotiations, in good faith, without preconditions, to resolve the conflict between the two brotherly countries".

"It is time for our brothers in the Kingdom of Morocco to move with us towards a true and lasting peace," he also said. In addition, Brahim Ghali indicated that the Polisario is ready to work "in a fraternal spirit with the brother and neighbor, the Kingdom of Morocco, and with all the countries of the region, to move on to another stage whose foundations will be security, stability, mutual respect, good neighborliness, mutual assistance, development"...

Ghali also hailed the support of Algeria and Bouteflika for the Front, describing Algeria as the "Mecca of revolutionaries and qibla of the free", under the authority of the "militant president" Abdelaziz Bouteflika. As for South Africa, the SG of the Polisario described it as the "symbol of freedom and peace".
