While going to deliver a summons to the home of a repeat offender, a police officer was kidnapped and assaulted by the latter and six members of his family. This happened in Salé.
Responsible for several acts of violence and assault, a man under a warrant of arrest did not find better than to kidnap the officer in charge of the summons before assaulting him in the company of six members of his family.
Blocked for about ten minutes in the defendant’s home, the police officer was finally released thanks to the intervention of the brigade against criminal gangs, which arrested the suspect as well as the father, uncle, brother-in-law and his three brothers.
They were all taken into custody pending the end of the investigation conducted by the police, in order to determine the circumstances of the case and the criminal acts attributed to each of the members.
