Philippines Recognizes Covid Vaccination Certificates from Morocco, Kenya, and Serbia

The Philippines now accepts national Covid-19 vaccination certificates issued by Morocco, Kenya and Serbia.
"The Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) approved on Friday, May 13, 2022 the acceptance and recognition of Covid-19 vaccination certificates from the Kingdom of Morocco, the Republic of Kenya and the Republic of Serbia," said Philippine presidential spokesperson and communications secretary Martin Andanar on Saturday. Travelers from these three countries can therefore present the Covid-19 vaccination certificates for quarantine protocols upon arrival, as well as for inter-zonal or intra-zonal movements.
"This is in addition to the other countries/territories/jurisdictions whose vaccination proofs the IATF has already approved for recognition in the Philippines, and without prejudice to such other vaccination proofs approved by the IATF for all inbound travelers," the senior Philippine official added. The Philippines currently recognizes vaccination certificates from over 70 countries, territories and jurisdictions.
The Bureau of Quarantine, the One-Stop-Shop of the Department of Transportation, and the Bureau of Immigration only recognize vaccination proofs approved by the IATF.
