Morocco Sees Sharp Decline in COVID-19 Vaccination Rates Despite Ample Supply

In Morocco, the great influx is no longer in the vaccination centers. The stability of the epidemiological situation seems to explain this lack of interest of Moroccans for vaccination against Covid-19.
For more than two weeks, Morocco has no longer recorded any deaths. But this is not a reason to boycott vaccination against Covid-19 which, according to Professor Moulay Said Afif, aims "to protect against serious infections". He adds that Morocco currently has more than 11 million doses of the vaccine and could cope with any influx, reports the website Al3Omk.
As of October 4, 2022, the vaccination centers recorded 336 people for the first dose, 457 people for the second dose, and 1,416 people for the third dose, 267 people for the fourth dose and the booster combined. For Professor Moulay Said Afif, member of the Scientific Committee for Vaccination against "Covid 19", the fact that Moroccans are reluctant to go to vaccination centers, despite the free vaccine, is not a good thing. At this rate, he fears another wave of contamination. "We hope that the fall season will not bring with it a new mutant, which is a possibility."
