Overloaded Caravan Bound for Morocco Stopped on French Highway, Driver Faces Heavy Fines

The gendarmes on duty at the Motorized Platoon of Charleville-Mézières (Departmental Road Safety Squadron) intercepted during the night from Thursday to Friday a caravan and its trailer heading to Morocco that was zigzagging at 30 km/h on the highway. The driver was heavily fined.
