Outgoing Moroccan Industry Minister Sheds Tears at Cabinet Handover Ceremony

The outgoing minister, Moulay Hafid Elalamy, broke down in tears on Friday during the handover ceremony between him and the new ministers in charge of Industry and Trade, Economic Inclusion, Energy Transition, Digital and Administrative Reform.

According to the outgoing minister, the sovereign has appointed "a very high-level government, with a homogeneous majority and ministers of very high caliber".
