Orange Customers in Morocco Face Days-Long Internet Outage

Residents of Sala Al Jadida complain of an Orange Internet outage that has lasted for several days.
Several customers of the Orange Telecom operator have reported interruptions in their fiber optic Internet connection. This outage has had a significant impact on their daily and professional lives, especially for those who use the Internet for their work.
One of the affected residents told Alyaoum24: "I use the Internet in my daily work, but this interruption has resulted in financial losses and my work has been completely stopped 1." Customers say they are dissatisfied with the lack of response and quality of Orange’s services. They are demanding intervention from the authorities and compensation for the damages suffered.
Orange Telecom indicated that the outage was due to public works that would have damaged the Internet line serving several neighborhoods of Sala Al Jadida. However, customers deplore the lack of communication and solutions proposed by the operator.
