Orange Alert: Severe Thunderstorms and Strong Winds to Strike Multiple Moroccan Provinces

The Directorate General of Meteorology (DGM) is issuing an orange alert for several provinces of Morocco, where locally heavy thunderstorms are expected.
In an orange alert, the DGM specifies that these showers are expected on Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. in the provinces of Ifrane, Khenifra, El Hajeb, Fez, Azilal, Beni Mellal, Midelt, Boulemane, Sefrou, Taza, Taounate, Guercif, Taourirt and Jerada.
These thunderstorms should also be accompanied by potentially strong gusts and hail, adds the same source.
