Olympic Legend Hicham El Guerrouj Inspires Students at Moroccan University Talk

This is in summary what the UMEF students will remember after the conference given by Hicham El Guerrouj on his career as an internationally renowned athlete. The meeting took place in a packed amphitheater of students, professors and administrative officials, reports L’Économiste.

During the conference, a report on the athlete’s career was broadcast and allowed the participants to relive the professional career of the Moroccan champion. It especially showed how the Moroccan sportsman made the obstacles encountered throughout his career a strength towards success. "Anything is possible when you believe in it and work hard to achieve your goal. The love of the country and our great King, the will and the faith gave me the strength of the titans to face the challenges and give the best of myself..." explained El Guerrouj in answering questions from the students.
