OCP Group Appoints Nadia Fassi Fehri as Chief Transformation Officer

The OCP Group, the leading exporter of phosphate in Morocco, welcomes Nadia Fassi Fehri to its Top Management. She is joining as Chief Transformation Officer and member of the Group’s strategic committee.

Nadia Fassi Fehri owes her current position to the professionalism with which she has led the transformation of Inwi. OCP announced that she will take up her new duties starting this Monday. The group expects a lot from the newcomer, who intends to bring her experience in digital technology "as a major lever for the transformation of business models, corporate culture and its modes of operation," reports the MAP.

The new chief transformation officer is a graduate of the École Polytechnique, the École nationale des ponts et chaussées and the ESCP-EAP European School of Management. She has held various positions within the Managem Group. Within the company, she led the launch of the first gold mine in Morocco. Between 2015 and 2020, she also led the transformation of Inwi into a global digital operator, investing in the strategic sectors of Cloud, cybersecurity and mobile payment, the same source specifies.
