Nottingham Forest Eyes Moroccan Defender Romain Saiss from Besiktas

Romain Saiss could return to the English championship next season. According to the latest transfer rumors from Turkey, the central defender of Besiktas would be in the sights of Nottingham Forest, who would like to strengthen their squad for the coming season.
Already courted during the winter transfer window, Nottingham Forest had received a refusal from the Turks after an offer of 3 million euros for the player. But the situation seems to have changed since, especially since the Moroccan would have difficulty adapting to the new game system implemented by the new Besiktas coach, Senol Gunes.
According to the Turkish media Fanatik, the English club would plan to recruit the Moroccan player during the next transfer period for an amount close to 5 million euros. The 32-year-old central defender, who spent six seasons at Wolverhampton Wanderers, could thus return to the Premier League.
For Besiktas, this transaction seems to be a windfall, especially since the club would have already found a replacement for Saiss in the person of Omar Colley.
