Besiktas Rebuffs European Interest in Moroccan Star Romain Saiss

Besiktas has decided to respond to the interest of several European clubs by declaring that the Moroccan international, Romain Saiss, is not transferable.
The captain of the Atlas Lions was one of the architects of Morocco’s laudable performance at the 2022 World Cup. His good performances under the Moroccan jersey have attracted the attention of several European clubs, such as Olympique de Marseille and Valencia FC. These two clubs want to recruit the Moroccan to strengthen their defense.
At 32 years old, the Moroccan rock is undoubtedly one of the best defenders in the competition. But, according to Turkish media, Besiktas officials have been firm in not letting their defender go.
"The club management is trying to convince Romain Saïss not to negotiate with any potential recruiter," it is reported. Linked to Besiktas until 2024, the Moroccan has not yet reacted to the transfer proposals.
