Morocco U-20 Women’s Team Dominates Gambia, Advances in World Cup Qualifiers

The Moroccan under-20 women’s football team successfully advanced to the 4th round of the 2022 World Cup qualifiers, which will be played in Costa Rica.
This qualification came after a second victory obtained against Gambia 6-1 in the return leg of the 3rd round of the qualifiers.
The Moroccan goals were scored by Sofia Bouftini, author of a hat-trick (2nd, 15th and 56th), Kawtar Mahy (47th), Hajar Jbilou (74th) and El Yamani Anfal (91st).
It should be noted that the Atlas Lionesses had won 3-1 in the first leg match last Monday.
