Morocco to Face DR Congo in World Cup Qualifier Playoffs in March

The playoff matches of the Atlas Lions counting towards the World Cup qualifiers will be held on March 26 and 29. For this double confrontation, Morocco will face the Democratic Republic of Congo.
After a flawless run, Morocco is preparing to face the DRC, the last obstacle separating it from participation in the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. According to a correspondence sent on Sunday, February 6, 2022 to the federations of the two countries, the first leg will be played on March 26 at the Martyrs’ Stadium in Kinshasa (2 PM).
As for the return leg, it is scheduled for March 29, but no details have been provided by the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) on the venue and time of this match.
The draw for these playoffs counting towards the World Cup qualifiers took place on January 22 in Douala (Cameroon).
