Morocco Women’s Soccer Team Seeks Olympic Berth in Crucial Zambia Clash

After winning the first leg (2-1), the Lionesses of the Atlas are meeting Zambia this Tuesday. They hope to qualify for the Paris Olympics.
The Lionesses of the Atlas intend to participate in the Olympics taking place from July 26 to August 11, 2024 in Paris. They are determined to beat Zambia as they did in the first leg. The match will take place this Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at 10 p.m. at the Prince Moulay El Hassan Stadium in Rabat.
After the last training session on Monday, Ghizlane Chebbak, the team captain, assured that she and her teammates will correct the mistakes of the first match in order to maximize their chances of qualifying for the Paris Olympics. Élodie Nakkach and Hanane Ait El Haj promise victory to the supporters of the Atlas Lions. They intend to approach this second match "with realism and determination, in order to leave no room for bad surprises."
For Jorge Vilda, the coach of the Lionesses of the Atlas, the second match remains difficult despite the victory in the first leg (2-1). He expects his players to be efficient and cautious not to concede any goals.
