Morocco Women’s Team Faces Zambia in Crucial Olympic Qualifier

The Atlas Lionesses face Zambia this Friday, April 5, at the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium for the first leg of the final qualifying round for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. A crucial match for the Moroccans, who dream of a first participation in the Olympic event.
The national women’s team, galvanized by a good run in the World Cup, is determined to write a new page in the history of Moroccan football.
"The team is ready, we have arrived in good shape and the motivation is at its peak. Qualifying for the Olympic Games would be a historic feat for Morocco, and I am convinced that the girls have the teeth to make it happen," said Jorge Vilda, coach of the Moroccan team.
The match against Zambia promises to be tight and of course we will have to be wary. Vilda is relying on the last two friendly matches to prepare his players for the battle: "These matches allowed us to identify the strengths and weaknesses of Zambia, and we are fully prepared to face them," he argued.
When and on what channel is the match broadcast live:
• The Zambia - Morocco match is scheduled for 5pm (Moroccan time), 7pm in Europe.
• Venue: Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola, Zambia.
• Channel: Arryadia broadcasts the match live.
