Morocco Urges Public Vigilance as Covid-19 Measures Remain Crucial for Summer

The Ministry of Health has urged all Moroccans to strictly comply with preventive and precautionary measures against Covid-19. This message comes on the eve of the summer vacation and the end of the school year.
It is through a press release that the department of Khalid Aït Taleb is sounding the alarm. This comes as the summer vacation and the end of the school year approach, a period of large crowds, promiscuity and relaxation of barrier and preventive measures.
"Our collective respect for preventive and barrier measures represents a civic behavior, a highlighting of the colossal efforts made and a preservation of the results and achievements realized," the Map quotes the ministry’s text.
The ministry is issuing this reminder in a context marked by the gradual lifting of the night curfew and the upcoming resumption of international flights to and from Morocco. And its document to emphasize the measures recommended by the ad hoc National Scientific Committee and the health authorities of the kingdom, namely: the correct wearing of masks, hygiene, respect for physical distancing and the avoidance of unnecessary gatherings.
