Morocco Unveils New World Cup Jersey: PUMA Blends Tradition with High-Tech Design

A few months before the start of the World Cup in Qatar, Morocco’s equipment supplier, PUMA, has unveiled the new jerseys of the Atlas Lions. The colors remain the same, red and green, but the design has evolved somewhat.
A partner of six teams during the next World Cup, the German firm is now presenting the jerseys of its various national teams, including Morocco.
For these new models, the brand indicates that it has chosen an ultra-light fabric, incorporating a material that would almost make you think of swimsuits: the ULTRAWEAVE technology, which is its latest innovation in its textile range, will be complemented by a retro touch on the jerseys of the national teams.
More specifically, the Morocco jersey for the next campaign will be inspired by the one from the 1998 World Cup. While at the time the main jersey was green and red while the away jersey was white and red, this time it is the red that is dominant and accompanied by a green horizontal band. However, as in 1998, the PUMA logo appears in the center of the band and the crest on the heart.
