Moroccan Fans Slam Puma’s New Atlas Lions Jersey Design as Unoriginal

The jerseys of the Atlas Lions for the 2022-2024 period made by Puma have leaked on social media. These jerseys are far from seducing Moroccan supporters who criticize the German company.
In addition to the jersey of the Moroccan national team, those of Senegal, Ghana, Italy or Switzerland have also leaked on social media. The criticisms are raining down after the leak of these jerseys. The resemblance between the jersey worn by the Atlas Lions in 1998 and the new jersey (retro kit) does not please Moroccan supporters. The new jersey is only a pale replica of the one from 1998, some point out. Others criticize the lack of effort from Puma’s designers.
"Are we going from this marvel to this? What is this jersey? Puma, what is this? Explain to us, don’t you have any designers anymore?" questions a Moroccan internet user on Twitter. "Puma, it’s the worst jersey design," tweets another internet user. If this jersey is maintained, it will be the one the Atlas Lions will wear for the 2022 World Cup to be held in Qatar from November 21, 2022 to December 18.
