Morocco U20 Team Triumphs 4-2 Over Sudan in Arab Youth Cup Opener

The national U20 football team won (4-2) against Sudan, Friday, in a match counting for the first day of the group stage of the Arab Youth Cup, which is taking place in Saudi Arabia.
The Lion Cubs made a good start to the competition, thus confirming their current form. Housed in Group F, the protégés of Mohamed Ouahbi faced the Sudanese team, determined to make a sensation. The hard-fought match ended in a (4-2) victory for Morocco.
The Moroccan goals were scored by Yassine Khlifi (33rd minute), Abderrahim Soussi (36th minute), Mohamed Akherraz (50th minute) Anas Mimouni (73rd minute). As for the Sudanese, they were able to score their two goals through Amjad Issam (18th minute) and Mohamed Khadr (42nd minute).
Ranked first in the group thanks to this victory, Morocco will face Palestine on Thursday, in the second day. It should be recalled that the U20 team won the bronze medal at the recent Mediterranean Games in Algeria.
