Morocco U20 Edges Algeria 3-2 in Thrilling UNAF Tournament Match

The Moroccan under-20 national team beat Algeria 3-2 in the second round of the North African Football Union (UNAF) tournament.
Led by Mohamed Ouahbi, the Moroccans quickly took the initiative, opening the scoring in the 21st minute through Mouad Dahak. Naim Byar then doubled the Moroccan lead, but Anis Fettahine reduced the deficit for Algeria just before the break, making it 2-1.
In the second half, Algeria equalized from the penalty spot. The two teams then multiplied the attacks, but without success. In the final moments, Ilyass Boumassoudi scored the decisive goal for Morocco, sealing the 3-2 victory and the elimination of the Algerians.
In their first match, the Moroccans had dominated Libya 6-0.
