Morocco U17 Secures World Cup Spot with 3-0 Victory over Algeria

The Moroccan under-17 (U17) team won a convincing 3-0 victory over the Algerian team tonight. This victory allows the Moroccans to qualify for the World Cup in this category, a competition they have already played in 2013.
From the start of the match, the Atlas Cubs took control of the game and managed to find the back of the net in the 27th minute thanks to Zakaria Ouazane. Although the Algerian team tried to get back into the game, the Moroccan goalkeeper made a decisive save in the 36th minute to preserve his team’s lead.
During the second half, the Moroccans continued to put pressure on the opposing team to score a second goal, which finally came in the 57th minute, again thanks to Zakaria Ouazane. The Moroccans then defended their lead until Adam Chakir scored a third goal in the 86th minute.
A very clear victory for the Moroccan team, which thus obtained its ticket for the semi-finals and for the World Cup.
The next opponent of the Atlas Cubs will be the winner of the match between Mali and Congo, which will be played tomorrow, Thursday, May 11.
