Morocco Tourism Poised for Strong Rebound as Airlines Plan 4.9 Million Summer Seats

The Moroccan National Tourist Office (ONMT), in its first "flash relaunch" bulletin, announces a booming resumption of tourism and air transport activities for the period from June to October 2021 as soon as the travel conditions are met again.
In this bulletin providing forecasts on the recovery rate by airport, the office indicates that no less than 4.9 million seats would be planned during next summer, i.e. a recovery of the forecast seat programming of 76% compared to the summer of 2019.
"This analysis document also responds to an expectation expressed by some of you who have expressed the wish to be able to have comprehensive, quality and actionable information," stressed Adel El Fakir, Director General of ONMT in the editorial of the first issue of "flash relaunch".
