Morocco Streamlines Customs Procedures, Easing Burden on Users

The new law 55-19 relating to the simplification of administrative procedures and formalities grants certain facilities to client-users, indicates a circular published by the Moroccan Customs and Indirect Taxes Administration (ADII).
Thus, according to the new law, users of the customs administration are no longer required to present a copy of the documents and documents constituting their files, to legalize their signature and to certify the copies as true, explains the note, which specifies that this lightening will lead to a significant time saving for users.
