Morocco Sets Date for Prophet Muhammad’s Birthday Celebration

The Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs officially announced the beginning of the month of Rabi-I 1443 of the Hijri calendar and the date of Eid Al Mawlid Annabawi.
The month of Rabi-I 1443 of the Hijri calendar will begin on Friday, October 8, and Eid Al Mawlid Annabawi will be celebrated on Tuesday, October 19, 2021, the ministry announced in a statement.
The sighting of the crescent moon for the month of Rabi-I 1443 of the Hijri calendar was confirmed on the evening of Thursday, 29 Safar 1443 of the Hijri calendar, corresponding to October 7, 2021, specified the department of Ahmed Taoufiq, who has just been reappointed to his position.
