Astronomical calculations indicate that the conjunction (alignment of the sun, moon and Earth) will take place on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at 01:55 GMT. The age of the crescent moon should not exceed 17 hours, but will not be visible in Morocco because its height above the horizon will be less than 5 degrees, according to the visibility forecasts of the new crescent established by Hassan Talibi, member of the Islamic Crescent Observation Project cited by Médias24.
