Morocco Set to Rotate Squad for Friendly Against Peru After Brazil Upset

After their victory on Saturday against Brazil (2-1) at the Grand Stade de Tanger, the Atlas Lions are preparing to face Peru in a friendly match. It will be on Tuesday, March 28 at the Civitas Metropolitano stadium in Madrid, Spain. Walid Regragui plans to make some changes.
Since Sunday, the national football team has arrived in Spain with the firm determination to beat Peru as they did two days earlier against the Seleçao. The coach of the Atlas Lions has planned two training sessions in order to prepare the team to be ready on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m., Moroccan time. He could even give young players the chance to make their first appearances with the national team in order to allow the senior players to rest a bit.
Munir Kajoui could replace Yassine Bounou. The same goes for Achraf Hakimi, who has just returned from an injury and needs to be rested. In the center of defense, Chadi Riad has every chance of being lined up instead of Romain Saïss. As for Benjamin Bouchouari, he is expected to replace Bilal El Khannouss.
Peru hopes to beat Morocco to forget its defeat against Germany. But Morocco, revived by its victory against Brazil, wants to end the month of March in style.
