Morocco Sends 17 Athletes to World Athletics Championships in Doha

17 athletes, including 4 women, will defend the colors of Morocco at the 17th edition of the World Athletics Championships, which is being held in Doha from September 27 to October 6.
For this international competition, we can mention, for the men’s team, Soufiane El Bakkali, Mohamed Tindoft and Abdelkabir Benzahra, in the 3000m steeplechase category, Abdelaati Lguider, Brahim Kaazouzi and Hicham Ouladha, for the 1500m, Soufiane Boukentar, for the 5000m, Mouad Zhafi, Mustapha Ismaïli and Oussama Nabil for the 800m, Yahya Berrabeh for the long jump, Hamza Sahli and Reda Al Arabi, for the marathon.
On the women’s side, we find, for the 800m and 1500m, Arrafi and Malika Akkawi Halima Hachlaf for the 800m and Lamia Al Habze (400m hurdles).
The Moroccan delegation also includes the Secretary General of the Royal Moroccan Athletics Federation (FRMA), Mhamed Rhazlane, the National Technical Director, Ayoub Mendili, the coaches Karim Tlemçani, Ali Zine, the team doctor, Abdelatif Afifi, and the physiotherapist, Houda Lahlou.
