Morocco Sends 204 Religious Leaders Abroad for Ramadan Support Program

The number of people making up the delegation in charge of the religious support of Moroccans living abroad during this Ramadan month is known.
Implemented by the Hassan II Foundation for Moroccans Living Abroad, the "Ramadan 2023" program is progressing. A delegation of 144 academics, preachers and Quranic reciters left on March 20 for Germany, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, Canada, the United States, Sweden, Iceland, Switzerland, Norway and Gibraltar, the foundation said in a statement.
"After this departure, 60 members were able to join, successively, from March 22 to March 30, the Moroccan community in France, after obtaining their visa, while 12 members reinforced the teams in Italy (11) and Hungary (1)," the foundation specifies. This brings the delegation to 216 members.
According to the explanations of the Hassan II Foundation for Moroccans Living Abroad, this delegation has been assigned the mission of accompanying the Moroccan community throughout the month of Ramadan in the religious, spiritual and cultural fields.
