Morocco Reports Highest Daily COVID-19 Death Toll as Recoveries Surge

Sad record in Morocco. The new coronavirus has killed 42 people in the last 24 hours in the country, the highest figure since the outbreak of the epidemic in the country.
The total number of deaths due to coronavirus nationwide stands at 817. The fatality rate, for its part, stands at 1.7. This tragic record comes after that of Tuesday, August 18 (+33).
1393 recoveries were also recorded during the same day, bringing the number of people who have overcome Covid-19 to 34,199 since the reporting of the first case in Morocco.
