Morocco Reports Record 2,293 COVID-19 Recoveries in One Day, Total Surpasses 40,000

Morocco recorded 2,293 new recoveries from Tuesday to Wednesday. The total number of remissions nationwide now stands at 40,586.
This record number of people who have overcome Covid-19 comes after the one recorded last Saturday, August 22, when 1,393 patients had left the various hospitals in the Kingdom.
In addition, 29 deaths were recorded during the same day, bringing the total Covid-19 deaths to 984. As for the fatality rate, it stood at 1.8%.
