Morocco Reports Record 49 COVID-19 Deaths in 24 Hours, Total Reaches 2,685

49 deaths were recorded from Tuesday to Wednesday in Morocco, bringing the total number of people who have succumbed to the Coronavirus to 2,685 since early March.
This is the saddest record recorded by the Kingdom, i.e. the highest number of Covid-19 deaths. On October 8, the kingdom had already recorded 47 deaths in a single day.
As for the fatality rate, it stands at 1.7%, a relatively low rate compared to the global average. In addition, 1,964 new recoveries were recorded in the country, bringing the total to 131,462.
During the same day, 3,185 cases of contamination were recorded in the country, while the number of people in serious condition continues to rise. On Tuesday, October 13, it stood at 535, including 50 people on ventilators.
