The Directorate General of Taxes (DGI) makes available to Moroccans residing abroad (MRE) a tax guide providing information on the various provisions, particularly those concerning registration and stamp duties, value added tax or income tax.
This simplified document contains the procedures concerning the social solidarity contribution on self-deliveries of main residential construction and the refund of VAT (or tax-free) for the benefit of non-resident persons for goods and merchandise acquired within the country.
In this document, the DGI recalls the creation of regional, provincial and prefectural assistance and communication services in all regions of the Kingdom, with the aim of providing an adapted and quality service, reports the MAP.
