Morocco to Regularize Status of State-Certified Nurses with Two-Year Degrees

The Minister of Economy and Finance is preparing to regularize the situation of state-certified nurses holding a BAC +2 degree. This decree signed on August 26 will be presented in the coming days to the Council of Ministers for approval.
During the general discussion of the Finance Bill (PLF-2021) in the House of Representatives, the national Finance Minister recalled that his department is not "a refrigerator for financial decrees." According to him, no decree on the regularization of the financial situation of civil servants is currently under review, reports La Map.
He also spoke out on the petition that advocated for the participation of non-civil servant doctorate holders in recruitment competitions organized as part of the budgetary positions open to civil servant-doctors. According to Mohamed Benchaâboun, these budgetary positions are dedicated solely to civil servants in order to regularize their situation within the framework of the higher education sector budget.
While assuring that this petition is being examined by the staff of his ministry, he specified that these budgetary positions are not additional positions created.
