Morocco Ranks 6th in Top Tourist Destinations for French Travelers, Survey Shows

Morocco remains the preferred destination of the French. The kingdom once again ranks well in the top 20 tourist destinations.
Sales (all destinations combined) made by travel agencies (offline and online) increased by 46% in May 2022 compared to May 2019, reveals a survey conducted by the Orchestra barometer, a software platform dedicated to tourism, on behalf of the French specialized magazine L’Echo touristique.
Sales on Morocco have increased and the kingdom ranks 6th in the top 20 tourist destinations made in May 2022 by Orchestra, behind Turkey. Spain tops the ranking, followed by Greece, France and Tunisia. Egypt occupies the 8th place. Jordan, Malta, Martinique and Guadeloupe close the podium.
