Since April 1, the retail price of certain tobacco brands has increased in Morocco, according to a circular dated March 31 from the Customs and Indirect Taxes Administration (ADII).
According to the ADII, the list of prices for new approved brands of manufactured tobacco (cigars, cigarillos, heated tobacco) is detailed in a 4-page document.
This document also includes the list of price increases for certain already approved brands. In addition to the "Gauloises fusion" pack of cigarettes, this list includes a series of other cigar brands that have undergone name changes or have simply been removed from the list of manufactured products for sale.
