Morocco’s Prime Minister Praises Success of 2019 "Marhaba" Diaspora Return Operation

The Head of Government, Saad Eddine El Othmani, welcomed the success of the "Marhaba" Operation for the year 2019. In his speech, the Head of the Executive praised the civic sense of Moroccans living abroad (MRE).
Saad Eddine El Othmani took the opportunity, at the opening of the Council of Government on September 19, to congratulate the diaspora, as well as all the stakeholders, for the efforts made during the transit operation, which took place from June 5 to September 15.
The "Marhaba" operation took place, he said, "under excellent conditions. No problem was recorded. We thank God for the security and stability of our country and for the success of this Operation."
The Head of Government added: "The ’Marhaba’ Operation, which takes place under the aegis of His Majesty the King, reflects a high sense of spontaneity, and we would like to thank all those who contributed to its success, in particular the Moroccans residing abroad, who have shown trust and a strong attachment to their homeland. We say to them: ’Welcome home’."
