Morocco’s PJD Party Claims Victory in 2021 Elections, Alleges Potential Fraud if Defeated

Several PJD personalities have recently, and in totally different places and for totally different events, stated that their party can only be victorious in the next 2021 elections and many of them have hinted that if another party wins, it can only be thanks to manipulations or the support of the State.
According to La Vie Eco, Saâdeddine El Othmani, the PJD government chief, is said to have "supported before the members of his party, on March 9 in Rabat, that the latter would be the winner of the 2021 elections. And, he hinted, if another party claims to win them, it is certainly counting on an intervention of the Administration".
A week later, on March 17 precisely, Mustapha Ramid, the current Minister of State in charge of Human Rights and former Minister of Justice, is said to have said: "Unfortunately, there is no party capable of competing with the PJD. How will a party that came fourth manage to climb back to the first position? And why would the PJD lose its first place?".
Let’s give other examples: a few days ago, Slimane El Omrani declared in Khouribga: "The observer of the dynamism that the national political landscape is experiencing can be surprised to see that certain parties are preparing prematurely for the elections". Lahcen Daoudi, in Agadir, said: "there is no party capable of dislodging the PJD from the first place".
The PAM, feeling (of course) targeted, would not have remained with its arms crossed and would have reacted through the deputy Abdellatif Ouahbi who, according to the same source, "hastened to address a written question to the head of government, questioning him on two points. First on the "measures" he intends to take so that the next legislative elections "take place under democratic and transparent conditions". Then, on the "legal and judicial procedures" that the head of the Executive intends to put in place "to report the crime of forgery" which, according to him, would take place during the next elections".
