Morocco’s National Team Coach Halilhodzic Assembles New Staff for Upcoming Friendlies

In preparation for the two friendly matches that the Atlas Lions will play in Marrakech, the current coach, Vahid Halilhodzic, has set up his team.
For the composition of his staff, Vahid Halilhodzic, coach of the national football team, has called on four technicians. The first, named Landry Chauvin, 50 years old, will hold the position of assistant coach. Gilles Morisseau, 58 years old (passed by Nice and Nîmes), will be in charge of training the goalkeepers. Salaheddine Lahlou and Mustapha Hadji will respectively hold the positions of physical trainer and second assistant coach.
This staff, thus constituted, will begin training sessions as early as September as part of the Atlas Lions’ training camp. It will cover the period from September 1 to 10, 2019.
On the agenda of the Atlas Lions, two friendly matches that will take place on September 6 and 10 at the Grand Stadium of Marrakech. The Moroccan national team will face Burkina Faso and Niger.
