Morocco Moves Driving Test Bookings to New Platform

November 1 marks the switch to the Téléservices platform, according to the schedule agreed between the National Road Safety Agency (NARSA) and driving school representatives. The tool will be used to book test dates and submit applications for authorization for driving schools and instructors.

The switch was originally scheduled for October 1. It was postponed by a month following a meeting in early October. Between October 1 and 6, the system was closed to update access; managers then had an additional trial period, from October 7 to 31.

Starting this Sunday, driving schools must register new candidates on Téléservices. The period from November 1 to 30 applies to candidates whose test appointments will be scheduled for December. For students, their point of contact remains their driving school, which is responsible for booking the appointment.

Existing applications to be transferred on November 30

Candidates already registered in the old system who are still waiting for a test date will follow a different procedure. Their data is to be transferred to the new platform on November 30. The migration applies only to applications for which no appointment has yet been booked.

Another practical point for driving schools: the limit of 12 candidates per vehicle per month remains in place. The quota will be managed through the new interface. NARSA and professional organizations have also planned regional and central technical support for the transition.

The schedule concerns the organization of bookings. As for the proposed separation of the theory and driving tests, it remains under discussion: the meeting scheduled for October 22 to consider it has been postponed to November.
