Morocco: Mobilization Against the Visit of Moroccan Journalists to Israel

Dozens of people demonstrated on Tuesday on the "Bab Lamrissa" square in the city of Salé, in support of Palestine and against normalization with Israel, whose war and genocide crimes in the Gaza Strip and Lebanon they denounce.
Many responded to the call of the "Moroccan Front for Support to Palestine and the Fight Against Normalization" which initiated this demonstration in support of the Palestinian and Lebanese peoples who are suffering the attacks of the Israeli army. The demonstrators expressed on the occasion their refusal and indignation in the face of the "current visit of a group of Moroccan journalists to Israel", and called for an end to the "official normalization with the usurping and occupying entity".
In a statement to Hespress, after the demonstration, Abou Chitae Moussaif, member of the national secretariat of the Front, affirmed that this demonstration is in line "with the weekly demonstrations organized by the front in the context of the 365th day of genocide perpetrated by the Zionist entity against the Gaza Strip, in the face of the silence and indifference of the international community", adding that "the epic of the Deluge of Al-Aqsa has knocked down several masks, in particular that of the hypocrisy of the international community".
The official announced that the Front had "at the beginning of the week, sent a letter to the British embassy on the occasion of the ill-fated Balfour promise" to "affirm that the West is an accomplice to what Palestine is experiencing, just as it is an accomplice in the crimes." "We also deplore and denounce the remarks of the French president before Parliament describing Hamas as barbaric... We say and affirm that the barbarism is that practiced by the Zionist entity in the Gaza Strip, killing and starving defenseless innocents [...]," he supported.
Tayeb Medmad, treasurer of the Front, recalled the objective of this demonstration: "We are here today on the Bab Lamrissa square in the heart of the city of Salé, which fights and resists, to denounce the crimes of genocide and crimes against humanity committed by the Zionist entity." He added: "We denounce the inability of the international community to put an end to this barbaric war of aggression against the Palestinian people. From Morocco, we salute the Palestinian resistance for its courage and its continued struggle, which gives daily lessons to the Zionist entity and global imperialism."
