Morocco’s Military Service Website Crashes Amid Surge in Young Applicants

The Ministry of the Interior does not seem to have provided the means necessary for Tajnid.ma, a website dedicated to the military census of young Moroccans and which is supposed to allow them to register.
Supposed to be already online and available from April 9 to June 7, it has been impossible for us to access it since yesterday and a test carried out this morning was also inconclusive.
Tajnid.ma is supposed to allow young people aged 19 to 25 to check if their name is on the lists of people called to fill out a census form drawn up by the commission that met last week.
The Ministry of the Interior also specifies that these lists which "take into account the principle of equality between citizens and the guarantee of balance between the regions" have been submitted to the services of the prefectures and provinces "to print the notices that will be sent to the persons concerned in order to invite them to fill out the census form concerning them".
These young people must therefore fill out the form which is supposed to be available on the Tajnid.ma website and this as soon as they receive it themselves or by a member of their family. "The Minister of the Interior informs all young people who have met the age condition that they can ensure through the electronic site if their names are on the lists of those called to perform this service for the current year," it is further stated.
Moroccans living abroad can also fill out this form if they wish to perform this service, according to the ministry.
