Disabled Man in Morocco Mistakenly Summoned for Military Service, Sparks Outrage

A young man in a wheelchair for many years, from Guelmim, has just received a summons to fill out the census form and perform his military service. The residents of the region did not appreciate it. Nor did the internet users.
His name is Mohamed Mghitri and he has been disabled for many years. But he was still called upon to fill out the military service census form. To recall, the list of those called up was drawn up by the ad hoc central commission following the meeting on April 2, chaired by the First Vice-President of the Court of Cassation and Chamber President of the same court.
Of course, he only needs to prove his incapacity to have no commitment, but this summons did not please the residents of the region and the internet users for whom it reveals the lack of rigor of the officials. Such errors, they say, should be avoided at all costs.
We can see in a photo Mohamed Mghitri in his wheelchair holding the said summons as best he can. This does not seem to have pleased him either. And that says a lot... And since this photo has been widely shared on social media, there has been a understandable flood of criticism towards the authorities.
