Deadline Looms for Moroccan Military Service Census, Ministry Urges Youth to Register

This is what the Ministry of the Interior has just indicated in a press release which specifies that the young conscripts are invited to fill out the form relating to military service before Friday, June 7 at midnight. Candidates must go to the institutional website tajnid.ma before the deadline.

For young people, boys and girls, who have not been called but who would still like to apply, they must also fill out the same form in order to be called by the ministry.

Regarding exemption, the Ministry of the Interior reminds that young people who wish to be exempted must, as soon as possible, contact the local administrative authority, at the headquarters of the prefecture, the province or at the level of the municipalities to which their home belongs, with of course all the necessary documents, as provided for by law. Commissions will examine these requests and rule on a case-by-case basis.
