Morocco Leads Maghreb in Internet Speed, Global Ranking Shows

Morocco displays the best connection in the Maghreb, far ahead of Algeria, Libya and Tunisia. This is revealed by the global ranking of the specialized site Speedtest Global Index on mobile and fixed internet connection in March 2021.
Morocco ranks 60th in the ranking of countries by the speed of their mobile internet connection, with an average speed estimated at 36.36 Mbps. Tunisia ranks 75th with an average mobile internet speed in March of 29.34 Mbps, while Libya is 124th. As for Algeria, it occupies the 126th out of 140 in the ranking, one of the worst connections in the world.
