Morocco’s King Mohammed VI Invites Spanish PM Sanchez for Talks Amid Diplomatic Thaw

King Mohammed VI had a telephone conversation with the President of the Spanish Government, Pedro Sanchez, according to a statement from the Royal Cabinet.
"During this exchange, His Majesty the King reiterated His High Appreciation for the content of the message addressed to Him on March 14 by the President of the Spanish Government," it is written.
According to the Royal Cabinet, this letter is in line with the spirit of His Majesty King Mohammed VI’s Speech, May God Assist Him, of August 20, 2021 and responds to His Majesty the King’s call to "inaugurate an unprecedented stage in the relations between the two countries".
Furthermore, the Moroccan sovereign has, on this occasion, extended an invitation to the President of the Spanish Government, H.E.M. Pedro Sánchez to pay a visit to Morocco, in the very near future.
