Morocco’s King Mohammed VI Closely Monitors Health of Former PM Youssoufi

The health of USFP leader Abderrahmane Youssoufi, hospitalized in Casablanca, is a concern for King Mohammed VI. The sovereign is daily informed of the evolution of his condition.
The Sovereign regularly receives medical reports and gives his instructions to the medical staff so that the former first secretary of the USFP continues to receive the necessary care under better conditions, reports Hespress.
According to sources close to the former politician, Abderrahmane Youssoufi had been admitted to the Cheikh Khalifa Hospital in Casablanca last week, after chest pains related to confinement and breathing restrictions.
Abderrahmane Youssoufi, 96 years old, suffers from lung amputation and cancer.
