Morocco Issues Orange Alert as Temperatures Soar to 46°C in Heatwave

The heatwave continues in Morocco. The National Meteorology Directorate (DMN) has just issued an orange alert for a new heat wave in several regions of Morocco.
In detail, temperatures will be between 40 and 44 degrees in Fquih Ben Salah, Beni Mellal, El Kelaa des Sraghna, Errachidia, Zagora, Taroudant, Settat, Marrakech, Tata, Assa-Zag, Es-Semara and Aousserd, this Friday.
In Ouezzane, Taounate, Khouribga, Beni Mellal, Fquih Ben Salah, Settat, Rehamna, El Kelaa des Sraghna and Marrakech, the mercury should reach 42 to 46 degrees until Saturday.
The highest temperatures, from 42 to 46 degrees, will concern Zagora, Errachidia, Tata, Assa-Zag and Aousserd for the day of Saturday.
