Morocco Imposes Export Restrictions on Bulk Argan Oil Starting July 1

As of July 1st next, the export of argan oil in Morocco will be subject to conditions.
In a circular, the administration of customs and indirect taxes announced that the government has revised the list of goods subject to restrictions on imports and exports.
Thus, according to decree No. 109-22 of 01/12/22, supplementing decree No. 1308-94 of 04/19/1994, the export of roasted and unroasted argan oil in containers containing more than 5 liters is subject to an export license as of July 1st next.
