Morocco’s Housing Minister Urges Diaspora to Invest in Real Estate at Paris Expo

Investing in housing was the call launched to Moroccans Residing Abroad (MREs) by Nouzha Bouchareb, Minister of National Land Use Planning, Urban Planning, Housing and City Policy, in Paris last Saturday at the Al Omrane expo MDM.
Nouzha Bouchareb spoke during the conference on "Investment Opportunities in Morocco". According to Les éco, she reaffirmed the availability of the public authorities to promote partnership with the private sector, and reassured the entire Moroccan community about the satisfaction of its "expectations regarding the supply in terms of housing and investment in the sector".
The Al Omrane expo MDM Salon is part of this logic and, Al Omrane, the group behind the initiative, is meeting with Moroccans of the world, as part of this policy. Thus, Nouzha Bouchareb added: "Al Omrane offers diversified housing, land and equipment products, in different cities as well as in new cities and urban hubs".
The exchanges also made it possible to collect proposals to strengthen this partnership and to truly meet the expectations. Paris was the third stage of the Al Omrane expo MDM Salon after Montreal and Brussels, as part of the current edition. Barcelona and Dubai are the next destinations.
